*Attn Members*  This is a rare circumstance where we will have a heavily modified schedule with no facilitated  classes today (Wednesday).  I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.  Our two Wednesday coaches are ill and cannot/should not be coming in.

The Wednesday plan is:
6:00-9:00am Weightlifting Hours & Open Gym w/ Coach Dylan
4:00-7:00pm Weightlifting Hours & Open Gym w/ Coach Dylan
There will still be a “do-it-yourself” workout posted which you can do during these Open Gym hours.
And by “rare circustance” I mean that I think I’ve only had to do this one other time in about 2,000 total WODs at ACF.  Thank you for understanding.

This is also a good time to remind people to please PLEASE do not come into the gym if you are not feeling well.  We get a lot of “I’m on the mend” or “a light workout will make me feel better” but its really important that you stay home so these things do not spread.  Thank you!

20min AMRAP
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Air Squats
Rest 1min after each round
