21 Bar Facing Burpees
21 Power Snatches 75/55
30 Pull-ups

*Keep the Power Snatches on the lighter side and move fast.  Use one bar and change weights during WOD.

Very sad time for our Alpine community as we lost a dear friend, Doyle.  Many of you have had the opportunity to WOD with Doyle.  One of Doyle’s colorful characteristics was helping his Momma mobilize before every workout (see below).  I will personally never forget these moments and the laughter that he brought to the gym.   Jill, we send so many warm thoughts your way and we are there for you if you need anything.

We will miss you Doyle!!!  =)
