We are 8 Days away from the start of the CROSSFIT OPEN!!! We are getting closer and closer to picking our teams also, which means you need to get signed up ASAP!! This year we will be doing a Fantasy Draft and streaming on Facebook Live this THURSDAY at 7:45pm. Make sure you get signed up and fill out the Draft Card. Get ready for a fun 2017 Open

Speaking of which, today we get to feel the burn and retest one of the previous years workouts. Have fun with snatches and 6″ target Burpees 🙂

Workout of the Day:
Spend the first 15 minutes working up to your 4th weight you may get to today, then go back down to starting weight before starting 13.1

Then,

CrossFit Open WOD 13.1

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatch 75/45 lb
30 Burpees
30 Snatch 135/75 lb
20 Burpees
30 Snatch 165/100 lb
10 Burpees
AMRAP Snatch 210/120 lb in the remaining time

Masters 55+
40 Burpees
30 Snatch 45/35 lb
30 Burpees
30 Snatch 75/55 lb
20 Burpees
30 Snatch 100/75 lb
10 Burpees
AMRAP Snatch 120/90 lb in the remaining time
