We are half way through the first quarter – time to check in with your coach and spend the first 15min of class today (post warm up) working on your goal(s) for the first quarter. What progress have you made so far?  What do you need to stay on track for the next 6-weeks?  Don’t have a quarterly goal!?!  Then get with your coach and get it on the board!
