At 6:00 tonight the first CrossFit Open workout will be released.  We will be having Open Gym from 6-8:00 if you want to do the WOD or do a run thru with coaches.  We will NOT be having 6:30pm classes on WEDS thru the next 5 weeks but you are welcome to come to open gym and either do the Alpine WOD or give a go at the weekly OPEN workout!!
