Remember no 6:30pm class tonight.  Instead we have Open Gym and WOD 12.2 walk through from 6:00-8:00pm.

(Time starts)
Buy in:  35 KB swings 70/55 or 12 muscle-ups
Then rounds of…
8 Front squats 95/65
10 Ring push-ups
12 Box jumps 24″/20″ (games standard)
Cash out:  25 KB swings 70/25 or 8 muscle-ups (same movement you chose for buy-in)

– Cash out reps must be completed before time expires. Ten burpee penalty for each cash-out rep not completed.
– Once you finish your cash out reps, you cannot go back and continue the 8/10/12 AMRAP
– Your score is the total rounds/reps you get of the 8/10/12 AMRAP
