The CrossFit Open is getting closer. We know that dumbbells are going to be in there somehow, some way. Dave Castro just posted a picture on Insta recently confirming that there will in fact be Dumbbells. CrossFit’s Youtube channel just posted dumbbell OH Walking Lunges. All signs point to us having to practice these sort of things. So shoulder stability is what today is all about.

Workout of the Day:

Five sets of:
Unsupported Seated Strict Press x 5 reps
(sit on a bench or box without back support and press the barbell from shoulder to overhead)
*Rest 2-3 minutes
*Increase in weight each set

Then,

15 Minute EMOM (5 Sets, 1 exercise each minute)
-10 Dumbbell OH walking lunges 35/20 lb
-15 Russian KB Swing 70/55
-15 Burpees

RX+ KB Swing 90/70
