Workout of the Day
Clean & Jerk Complex – similar to Tuesday’s Snatch complex:
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Split Jerks
*15min to find your best complex
then, as a solid training day for Sunday’s 5k.  Please come do a running workout as we have AWESOME weather and have not done a running WOD in foreverrrrrrr!!
For Total Running Time:
Run 1000m
Rest 90sec
Run 800m
Rest 60sec
Run 400m
*Today’s 1000m route is 52nd street & back; 800m route is 400mx2
