Ohhhh man its time for another dirty 30.  Just thank HUGE for not being 60 today =)
For time:
30 Hang Squat cleans 135/95
30 Back Squats 135/95 (bar is taken from the ground)
30 Muscle-ups
*Perform 2 burpees every 30sec until you complete all reps
*Sub 30 Strict pull-ups & 30 Ring dips for the 30 MU’s
*20min time cut-off
This WOD is a spin-off of a friend’s 30th bday WOD this past weekend at CrossFit Elevation
