 Workout of the Day
5k Meter Row!!!
-If you are sore from the last two days then this is a great WOD to recover with and sweat it out
– Mobility emphasis today too.  If we have 10+ per class then rotate between 20min of mobility work and rowing your brains out.
– Also 3 sets Abs of choice today (GHD Sit-ups, Abmat Sit-ups, TTB, TTR, etc)
