    This weekend I have a soccer tournament with my U11 hommies in Glenwood. I’m planning to pack some dry food (almonds, seeds, lara bars, whole fruit, quality beef jerky), canned food (tuna and salmon for salads), EVOO and balsamic vinegar for dressings, and stop by the grocery store for avocado, veggies and greens or try to get them before I leave. I’m going to have to improv my usual breakfast egg scramble….this is my crack in the mornings….damn. Hope everyone has a nice holiday weekend!
