Day 2 of our squat cycle. We had a great turnout on Monday for Day 1. Everyone loves squatting! Today is no different, lots of volume, and a little heavier. Make sure you get enough sleep and eat enough food and drink lots and lots of water. We cannot emphasize this enough. Take care of yourselves while we hammer away at this squat program. Good luck all.

Fantastic showing from our bad@$$ weightlifters from this last weekend! Thats two weekends in a row we have had an Alpine Weightlifter take a podium spot at a meet! Damien hit a massive 108kg Snatch for a lifetime PR as well as a 133 C&J lifetime PR ANNND he even went 6 for 6 which is a huuge accomplishment.
Jen and Heather rocked the show also! Heather hit some big time lifts going 4 for 6 with a 61kg Snatch and 73kg C&J. Jen gave it her all and made 2 of 6 but made some huge strides in her weightlifting career and made those 2 count for meet PRs!
Congrats to you three for testing what you work so hard for day in and day out here at Alpine CrossFit!!
