Workout of the Day – three part workout to recover from your “Fran Lung Tuesday
 
1) Clean & Jerk – Find your 1 rep max.
*15min to work up to a 1RM for the day
 
then,
 
2) 8min AMRAP
5 Deadlifts 275/185
15 Push-ups
 
*Rx+ Option: 315/205
 
then, after a 5min break, 
 
3) 500 Meter Row for time.  Only one set.  Go hard =)
