Five Rounds, 2min on/1min rest, for reps:
15 KB Swings 55/35
9 Toes To Bar
*After each rest break, continue your reps where you left off and record one score like a typical AMRAP (ie 12+5)
*Sub TTB with Toes through Rings or Hanging Knee Raises
