 ^^These are a lot of fun to write as well as read our athlete spotlight questions.  We’ve been getting some fun feedback too (especially with Garik’s submission last month haha!).  Thank you to all of you for reading and for providing some inspiration and entertainment for our members.
 
 
Workout of the Day
20min of Skill work to complete the following (not for reps or for time, just hard max efforts)
1 set ME Weighted Plank 55/35
2 sets ME HS Walk or Handstand hold (against wall)
3 sets ME Strict HSPU
4 sets ME Your choice: Ring Dips, Static Dips, Ring Push-ups, Floor Push-ups
 
 
Then, Back-to-Back 6min AMRAPs.  Record two separate scores.
6min AMRAP
10 Toes To Bar
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24″/20″
 
 
Rest 3min then,
 
6min AMRAP PS/BBJ
5 Power Snatch 115/80
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24″/20″
