For Max Total Reps (not including the burpees)
30min Running Clock
Minutes 0-10: 50 Burpees, then max rep Clean and Jerk 165/105
Min 10-20: 50 Burpees, then max rep Front Squat 165/105
Min 20-30: 50 Burpees, then max rep Deadlift 165/105
