Reminder that we will only have two classes on Friday the 4th at 8:00am & 9:30am.
 
Workout of the Day
10min to work up to your best complex:
Hang Clean + Clean + Split Jerk
*Hands must remain on the bar (touch & go from Hang Clean to Clean)
*These are “Full” or “Squat” Cleans
 
then,
 
5 Rounds For Max Reps:
60sec Bear Complex 115/75
60sec Rest
Then, after the final rest interval,
For Time:  Hard run to 52nd Street and back (~800m)
 
*Bear Complex = Clean, Shoulder to Overhead, Back Squat, BTN Shoulder to Overhead, then back to ground.  Keep it light and go FAST!

Congrats to Annie who took 6th place at the “Lone Ranger” Competition at CrossFit 719 this past weekend.  Ya’ll know how hard those sleds are to move so you can appreciate the sled push/farmers carry event pictured above.  Annie is soon leaving us to move to the South and Coach D1 Women’s Soccer while working on her Master’s Degree.  I have a feeling we will be seeing her again in the future though….either back at Alpine or on the podium at the CrossFit Games!! =)
