10min of Double Under or Skill Work warm up.
*Bring your jump ropes! Today will be a great day to dial in those pesky DU’s if you do not yet have them mastered.  If you do have them mastered (and can do 50 unbroken without batting an eyelash…) then choose a different skill during this 10min window.
*This will all be performed after your Crossover Symmetry warm-up of course because now we do Crossover Symmetry Warm-Up Every Day!
