Workout of the Day.
 
ACF Members!  I meant to post this on Monday – we are now two weeks post-squat cycle.  We neglected a few lifts (more specifically the Snatch and Clean & Jerk [the Olympic Lifts]) so we decided to focus this week on the Clean and Clean&Jerk and next week on the Snatch and the following week on bicep curl pumpage.  We will be doing high volume of the Clean this week and Snatch next week so just be prepared.  Spend extra time on wrist, shoulder, and front rack mobility as needed and keep the loading moderate to accommodate the higher volume.
