LABOR DAY WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Friday – All classes as scheduled
Saturday – All classes as scheduled
Sunday – CLOSED
Monday – Two classes only: 8:30am & 10:00am; no squat program this day (just wed/fri); nasty Hero WOD in store for this day =)
Tuesday – All classes as scheduled
 
Today is the second day of Bootcamp classes – 9:30am & 6:30pm.  These classes are FREE this week!  Please come check us out!
