On behalf of all of the coaches at Alpine, we are SO DAMN PROUD of all of you!!!  EVERYONE has absolutely DESTROMINATED their previous Back Squat 1RM.  Its absurd and totally ridiculous with how much you all improved over the past 5 weeks of this HBBS cycle.  These are HUGE gains and Alpine just did a serious case study on the effects of the Smolov cycle for strength gains.  There is nothing more rewarding to me and the other coaches than seeing you all reach levels that you previously may have never thought were possible.  Congrats to you all and we are PROUD to coach you!!!
 
PS – There are still a lot of you who have not been able to re-test.  You can come in Wednesday during any class and do the Back Squat 1 RM.  Just inform your coach so they can spot you.  Then, after you DESTROMINATE your previous personal record, you may then snap the barbell over your thigh and go f*cking ape sh*t because you deserve it!!!
 
Even 50-55lb gains!! So proud!!
 
 
Workout of the Day
15min to work up to the best barbell complex:
3 Power Clean
2 Front Squat
1 Jerk
*Power Clean must be touch & go and the barbell cannot be dropped until after the Jerk is completed.
 
Then:
 
Three Rounds For Time:
20 Burpees
15 Overhead Squats 95/65
10 Toes to BarPost your scores to the Whiteboard.
