Workout of the Day – starting today, we will begin a brief cycle of the 5-3-1 Strength program with a mix of Power Lifts (Squats, presses, Deadlift) and Olympic Lifts (Clean, Jerk, Snatch).
 
 And Monday is a squatting day….
