Q: HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING CROSSFIT? WHO OR WHAT GOT YOU STARTED?
A: I have been coming to Alpine since September 2015. Had tried another crossfit gym, but that one wasn’t the right fit.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking, backpacking, as well as working on and driving my race car.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY AT ALPINE CROSSFIT?

Q: WHAT WAS YOUR WORKOUT REGIMEN BEFORE JOINING ALPINE?
A: Just skiing, hiking and backpacking, but nothing in a gym.
Q: HOW HAS CROSSFIT AFFECTED YOUR LIFE OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?
A: I feel much more mentally healthy on the days I come to the gym, plus I have met a lot of really great people at Alpine Crossfit.
Q: IF YOU COULD WRITE A BOOK, WHAT WOULD IT BE ABOUT?

Q: WHAT CATEGORY WOULD YOU BE LEAST EXCITED/MOST EXCITED TO SEE ON JEOPARDY?
A: What is Jeopardy?
Q: WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST WORKOUT, AND WHAT DID YOU THINK AFTER DOING IT?
A: I can’t recall my first workout at Alpine Crossfit but, I do remember finishing dead last with lots of pull ups and everyone in the gym was cheering me on.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE WOD?
A: I don’t know if I really have a favorite or least favorite. Seems every week there is a workout that would be my favorite.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENTS?
A: My favorite would be wall balls and cleans. Least favorite is double unders.
Q: WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE A NEWBIE JUST GETTING STARTED AT ALPINE CROSSFIT?
A: Be consistent in the number of workouts you are doing each week. Once you make it part of your routine you will be surprised at how fun and rewarding it can be, and you will surprise yourself at what you can do.
