About Coach

I started CrossFit in 2012 and started Coaching in 2014. I have coached CrossFit in Fortune 500 companies, one-on-ones, programmed and coaches Sectional, Regional, and Games athletes. I originally started Crossfit for social reasons and to get a good workout in. After a year of Coaching, I realized that I didn't just love coaching, I loved programming also. Starting in 2015 I programmed for gyms and athletes around Colorado and fell in love with that art. Once at Alpine, I really found my stride and balance between the two. Coaching helps programming, and programming helps coaching. Next time you see me ask me about that last sentence and how it is something that I live by.

Turning Point

After two DUIs (Driving While Intoxicated) and lots of nights I do not remember, on November 3rd, 2013 I decided to go sober from drinking. This point changed my life and set me on the path to realizing what my passion is.
